Refund policy

Terms of Refund

The customer has 14 days from date of purchase to return any items. Payment for returns is the customer’s responsibility and must be sent via recorded delivery. We also do not refund the original shipping cost.

Please remember to include a note of your full name, order number and contact details in the returns parcel.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

·       Unused / Not worn 

·       Have all labels attached

·       Unwashed

·       Have no marks

·       Not smelling of washing powder/smoke/perfume etc

Shoes must be tried on indoors

Swimwear is non returnable due to hygiene reasons

We reserve the right to not refund you, if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns policy as stated above.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
